Dr Cansu Uzuner

Dr Cansu (Su) Uzuner (MBBS, FRANZCOG) is an Australian-trained specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with an appointment at Nepean Hospital and OMNI Ultrasound for women.

She completed her Royal Australasian College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (RANZCOG) Core Training through Royal North Shore Hospital followed by a Fellowship in Gynaecological Ultrasound and Laparoscopic Surgery (Endometriosis) with A/Prof George Condous at Nepean Hospital.

She has extensive experience in women’s health and can manage all general gynaecological conditions. She is currently co-leading the Early Pregnancy and Acute Gynaecology Service at Nepean Hospital and has a special interest in endometriosis, ultrasound and minimally invasive gynaecological surgery.

She is a member of Australasian Gynaecological Endoscopy and Surgery (AGES), The International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (ISUOG), and The Australasian Society of Ultrasound in Medicine (ASUM). She is a clinical lecturer at the University of Sydney, Nepean Clinical School and is actively involved in research in gynaecological ultrasound with multiple publications in international journals.
